Kellen James is proud to announce our participation in the EDRM “Jobs Project”. Participants will help create a “Best Practices” model for defining roles, identifying and acquiring talent, on-boarding and retaining talent. The goal of the project is to address three key problems within the eDiscovery market.

1. Help Companies, law firms and providers create, define and describe successful eDiscovery roles.
2. Help Organizations develop a defined talent identification, acquisition and on-boarding process.
3. Help Organizations develop a defined talent retention process.
